Absurdism

Life is absurd because every action that you do in life makes your life road. For example if you work you will get money and if you don’t then you won’t get anything so that will basically makes your life road difficult to live. Life does have a purpose. The purpose is just basically living life. If there was no meaning everyone would be death. There was purpose of life before coming to existance. The purpose if just living and making decisions that other people won’t forget. Living life is the purpose of life so if this purpose was not there before you were born then no one would be living right now. There couldn’t be a reason of living if there is no purpose. Everyone has only one puspose. What would be the point of living without a purpose. It would just be nothing live for. It matters whether there is a God a not because people came from some where and from someone. No one in this world could be created just like that someone had to create us. If we come from monkeys then where to monkey come from? Where does the world come from? The only explanation is that there is a God. I think that when people die the body disappers and turns into dirt. The only thing that does not disappears is your soul. I believe that it does matter does matter becasue i believe there are consequences after dead. That say what comes around goes around I think it apply to people that are dead too. I believe that from being dead won’t save you from the consequences. Every choice or path you decide to make is you creating your one meaning of life. I believe that my purpose is already made and that my purpose is to live and make something out of and learn from. Not just live for nothing.

1.   Where will they really end up?

 

2.   Will they really take the patrolman’s directions to Montgomery?

 

 

My Response:  I think this was an accident not a wrong thing because he did not know the light was out.

My Response:  I believe that the tires of both couples was not a coincidence that it happened to them both at almost the same time.

1.  Was wrong for her to appear like a ghost?

 

2.  Was it right for Jack to just go in the room without knowing if the owner needed that room?

 

 

My Response: I think it was right for Jack to get in the room without her permission as long he pays for it.

Society of Others Ch.1

It is possible for two opposite statements to be true. For example I am dark skinned but at the same time light skinned. I am lighter than darker people but I darker then lighter people. The narrator’s point of view about having money is true because most of the time people just have money just because they want to see it as their property. They really don’t need and use it for needs but for fun activities that could bring problems. I do agree with the narrator simply “sees things as they are” because most of the time thhings are the way we see them physically or emotionally. I agree with nature being selfish and all creature killing to survive. Love is not mechanism to propagate the species. Buety is a trick that fades. Friend ship is not an arrangement for mutual advantage. Goodness is rewarded and evil is punished maybe not all of it but some it is so it does happen. Religion is not superstition. Death is not annihilation. God has not stop caring for human kind centuries ago. When the narrator says ” I tell him the thing about a mountain is when you’re on it you don’t see it. You need to be far away to see a mountain?” means that people are in situations but don’t know they really are in it untill they go far and see it for once. “Getting what you want is to be avoided at all cost” means that you see no cost on getting what you want get. You must have it is what your mind say so you will pay whatever price with out caring what it is. The narrator does not have a good relationship with his parents becasue he just wants to be in his room not beeing bodered by anyone. The narrator does not have a good relationship with his girlfriend because his girlfriend tried to help him but he didn’t take the help being offered. Everyone has the right to feel the way they want to so i say he does have the right to feel they way he does. I think he feels like this guy is just a lazy guy and does not care for anyone but himself.

What is Truth?

Truth is what really happened on the action that happened before. It could be a verbal action or a physical action. But what really happened during that action is the truth.

It is certain if something is true because there is proof almost for everything. There could be testifiers and there could be DNA proof and etc.

We could determine if something is definitely is true by you knowing the truth. You can tell right away if something is a lie because you actually know the truth. 

There is a difference between opinion and knowledge. Opinion is something you believe in. For example many people believe that there is a bigfoot out there. Some people say that there is a bigfoot and that is an opinion. Knowledge is something you know for sure. For example your know that 1+1=2. That is something that everyone knows. That can’t be an opinion. 

I believe that our mind and our guts tell us the truth by us choosing what we believe. We know which one is true by us choosing the one we believe that is true.

 

 

 

 

Is Love Just a Physical Attraction?

Love can’t be completely explained by a biological process becuase love can be shown in many ways. I believe that love is your feelings towards a person. Many people say that love is mostly about physical attraction. I agree but love is not only based on physical attraction in my perspective. I think that love is a deep spiritual connection. Love is not if the person looks hot or has physical features that others don’t have. Love is whether you really like hanging out with the person and beeing with the person most of your time. More like caring for that person. Love can’t be only on physical features. Also love is if that other person cares for you not only just one caring for the other. It can’t be working like that. If one person cares then love is that other person is caring back the double. In the article “The Science of Love” talks about how love is presented in people’s view. Like is love different between man and women. I do think that love is differd between both sexes but there has to be similarities or else it won’t be love. It also talks about if love is mostly about physical attraction rather than a deep spiritual connection. I belive it is a little of both because if both are not there then one of person would not be happy and won’t feel loved and basically just be using the person.

The Purpose of Life

      I think philosophy is important because there is no one caring for the anything then there won’t really be any hard question to answer not really anyone would be able to think about it.  I am a philosopher because I always think about how the world works and how it helps us out and how we help the world. I think companion is the most important thing in life because we all need each other in any way.

      We are here because we were born here there is no other explanation have no idea why. Life does have a purpose which is just living in earth and make the world full of everything. I believe this because I heard this since I was little. It is important to have a purpose in life because if there is no purpose then there is no point of living if no one is living for nothing. I believe there is life after death. I believe that it depends on how you act in life will be your after life. I believe it is important because it depends on how you act in life now will bring you your afterlife purpose. I believe it depends on you on how to live your life.

       I believe there is no right way to live your life. I live my life at the tip of the rabbit’s hair because I am living life in peace no wars yet. “Top of the hat” means that you are having fun in live and living life in an easy way. The rabbit is your life. The magician is you making the tricks to your life. 

 

 

Sophie’s World Ch.1

 

In the first chapter of this story Sophie was being sent mysterious letters that asked her confusing and hard to answer questions. One of the questions was who was she. The other question was where the world came from. A human being is everybody that lives and is able to communicate with other humans. Humans are people that find a way to live easier.

A human being is a person that has feelings and understands how others feel. Being a human being is living life with a purpose. It could be any purpose. Being a human is finding an easier way to live. Being a human living life with others humans.

 I wouldn’t be a different person if I had a different name. The name just represents what you look like not what you really are and it is a word to communicate with that person or say something about that person. I wouldn’t be different if I looked different because the thoughts and my likes make me. The way I think the way I feel makes me not the way I look.

I believe there is life after death. I believe there is because I was thought from religion that there is and I believe it because I grew up knowing this. I know I am right because I have faith in this. I don’t live my life differently because I know I will die because I know I am going to die anyways.    

The world comes from God. I know this because I was thought this since I was born and I also believe in God. To me it does matter where the world comes from because I believe in God. I think that anything could have always existed because there has to be something existed in order for something to exist.      

 

 

 

What is Identity?

I think identity is feelings. These feelings are inside your actions, way of thinking, likes, and dislikes. This means knowing you has nothing to do with physical features. Physical features are just what you look like but there are a lot a people that look a like and are not the same for example identical twins. They look alike but they are not the same. Knowing yourself is knowing your actions, likes, and dislikes. I think knowing yourself is just knowing what you likes and your dislikes. Finding yourself is just finding what you act like and what you want to do. I think that finding yourself and knowing yourself is discovering your identity.

Time has changed my identity. I can’t be the same person i use to be because everyday you act different and might think differently. Identity is more on what is on your mind because it shows and proves what you really are from the inside. I believe identity is partial a story you create yourself that happens in your life.

I decided who I am because I do and keep what I like. Be me not what others want is my decision to be me. I am a one and only Juan. I am quiet but talkative at the same time. I like most of what the world offers. I know that is who I am because I live it and have not change it because that is what I like.

             

 

The Biggest Questions

Why is life hard?

This question is interesting to me because we all struggle to accomplish something but not know why we have to go through struggleling to accomplish the goal. I really don’t know if there is an answer to this question but i think there might be. There might be an answer becauseeveryone struggles.

Why are we on this planet and not on the others?

This question is interesting to me becasue there are so many planets in the universe and no living organism is there only on earth so far known. knowing this answer would let me see why we don’t live on other planets but earth. I think there could be an answer becasue now days technology grows rapidly and could get an answer to this question.

Why are we the only “species” to communicate well?

This question is so interesting to me because animals don’t really communicate like us. We communicate and work together to make living easier. Knowing this answer wouldn’t really change my life. I have no idea if there is an answer to this question. There might be but I am not sure.
